Rachel Morrel Memorial Fund

As by now most of you are aware that Tandilyn’s beloved mother, Rachel Morrel, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, October 14, 2021 at Baylor Scott & White Hospital in College Station, TX. Many of you may have known Rachel from Castle Hills First Baptist School as Tommy and Tandilyn’s mother, or as a friend, a business colleague, or in some other capacity. Many of you loved and respected Rachel for the way she lived her life, and how she touched the lives of those around her. Her strength and faith in the Lord sustained her through the difficult days of Tommy’s tragic passing in 2005, and four years later the passing of her husband, Tom Morrel IV, (Tandilyn’s father). Already close, the tragedies bonded Rachel and Tandilyn even more. In those later years, mother and daughter grew stronger in the Lord and leaned on each for support and encouragement.  

Now with her family at Home in glory, Tandilyn is left alone to shoulder the expenses and responsibilities that lie ahead.

Please consider donating, as any amount will truly help Tandilyn during this difficult time. All funds will go directly to Rachel’s medical expenses and related funeral costs. Tandilyn appreciates the outpouring of love, prayers, and support shown over the past week and undoubtedly in the months to come.
