Mango's Surgical Procedure

My Name is Juan Zamora and I'm Mango's dad. Mango is an 4 year old English Bulldog who suffers from a genetic condition tipical of his breed, known as screw tail, ingrown tail,corkscrew tail, tail fold dermatitis and tail fold intertrigo. Basicaly his tail grows to the inside acting prety much like a corkscrew.
My wife and I are a young couple, 30 and 32 years old, who adopted Mango back in 2013 when he was about 18 months old. We are starting our familly and like most youg couples, we're working day and night to be able to pay our bills and make a living.
As soon as we adopted Mango we purchased healthy paws insurance, so we could take care of him properly. On his first visit to the Vet, the doctor let us know about the condition, and told us that it wasn't a problem for him at the time. At that moment we weren't even familiar with this condition, and it wasn't a problem at all. He went on fine, always healthy and happy for the following years never showing any problems with his tail or his health. Every time we would take him to his monthly check-up the Vet would tell us that Mango was a very healthy bulldog, and that we were doing a great job.
About 2 months ago we noticed he had some discomfort and he had developed a nasty smell. We took him to his doctor who told us that his tail was ingowing too fast and it was hurting him, that it was infected, and that he need it to get his tail amputated as soon as posible. We imidiataly contacted the insurance company, and explain them what the situation was. They told us they wouldn't cover Mango's surgury, because the condition was already noted on his medical record (previous to adoption) and that they don't cover preexisting conditions. We tried to fight it, but had no success. The cost of the operation is about $3,500 to $3,700 which my wife and I can't afford at all. We decided we were going to start saving money to be able to do the procedure, and meanwhile we would be treating his condition with antibiotics and daily cleaning of the afected area. Unfurtunately we haven't been able to save money fast enough and the situation has gotten worse. We are desperate to raise the money, so we can have Mango back to his happy and healthy self.
My wife and I love Mango so much, and we can't stand see him suffering any longer. We desperetely need your help. Please help us with anything you possibly can, each dollar counts or even sharing this campaign. The three of us would be greatful forever.
