At the age of 81 and after 64 years of marriage, Margaret (Margie) Rodrigues has lost the love of her life. Throughout their journey, she and my Grandfather have given everything they could to look after and support others. Grandma Margie now needs our help to secure the care she needs.
Margie is hours away from the nearest family who can look after her. The cost of living in her home is to high for her fixed income and the daily care Grandpa provided desperately needs to be filled.
It's my goal to raise $124,000 for her cause. After selling her home and settling debts, this amount represents five years cost of living.
