Blackwell Family
Spende geschützt
Jessie and Lauren Blackwell have two little girls, 2-1/2-year-old Keleigh, and 1-1/2-year-old Athena. On the morning of 03/30/15, they were en route to their local hospital in Russellville, Arkansas, excited about the impending birth of their first son, Kevin. A driver ran a stop sign, hit them and totaled their car. They were rushed to the hospital by ambulance, where it was discovered that the placenta had completely separated, requiring an emergency C-section to save the lives of both mother and baby. Baby Kevin was born in fetal distress and taken by med-flight to Little Rock Children's Hospital, where he is now fighting for his life. His parents are unable to work and are staying in a local hotel to be close to their newborn son. Jessie and Lauren are loving, responsible parents, but there's no way they or anyone else could expect or prepare for a tragedy of this magnitude. They would appreciate your prayers and anything you can give to help them with the expenses of dealing with this unexpected catastrophe. Having to wonder if you have enough money for a parking meter or a meal, much less the rent and utilities at home, isn't something you need to be thinking about when your child's life is hanging in the balance. God bless you.
