- Hello, my name is Alisha. I have created this Go Fund Me for my friend Antonio, to help raise money for his brother Tino. In October of 2022, Tino stepped on a nail, but was unable to visit the Doctor due to lack of medical insurance. The injury became horribly infected, due to Tino not being aware that he is diabetic. Diabetes had caused Tino to lose the feeling in his foot, so he was unaware of the gravity of his injury. Tino spent 14 days in the hospital receiving treatment, causing Tino to miss work with his taco truck and his business is suffering. He has had to spend his entire savings to pay the medical bills, only to find that he is nowhere near healed and may eventually lose his foot due to the damage caused by the infection. This means he will need more treatments in the future and the family cannot afford the medical bills that will be incurred. Please, any help towards his medical bills would be greatly appreciated by Antonio, Tino, Tino’s fifteen-year-old daughter, and their family.
