Jodi is not only my daughter but my best friend, and the most beautiful and courageous person I know. She has spent the last 25 years in and out of hell being tortured by mental illness with horrendous depression, panic attacks, and addictions that paralize her daily. She cannot work because of the side effects of her medication-- they are almost as bad as the symptoms and at this point, she is resistant to most of them. Jodi has attempted suicide at least 5 times and simply put-- she cannot live like this anymore!
