I have been living with mental health issues for the past 2 years or so. It got to a point where this overtook my life and and within a short time I tried to take my own life. Working with health care professionals and DCCT I have managed to turn all the negative things and thoughts into positive ones and slowly get back to normal life. Before I would have never spoken about my feelings but now I have gained tools that have helped to change this. These funds will help raise awareness plus help the charity to help others come forward and not to suffer in silence.
