Guatemala "Hearts in Motion" Mission Trip

Hi, my name is Juliana Schraer. I am currently a student of physical therapy at Dominican University of New York. I am fundraising to participate in a mission trip to Guatemala with classmates and alumni this coming April. Hearts in Motion is a non-profit organization that provides various amounts of medical care to thousands of families dealing with poverty in Central America. This is an opportunity for volunteers to impact lives through various forms of rehabilitation to aid in the road to recovery for people of all ages.

I value the efforts Hearts in Motion has provided throughout the years and as a student, I am eager to be a part of this positive impact with my classmates. I am extremely passionate about my field and learning to become a better clinician. Each day has motivated me to show the power of proper rehabilitation. I can confidently say that my experience at Dominican's Physical Therapy program has prepared me to serve with compassion and knowledge.

Donations will go towards airfare, transportation, and emergency expenses and the remaining donations will go towards Hearts in Motion. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I am truly grateful for any donation!
