For Nadine

My name is Ana and I’m raising funds for my dear friend and colleague Nadine.

September 2, 2022, was supposed to end like any other Friday, but for Nadine, everything changed. On that day, Nadine's fiancé and love of her life Jay, who had been her partner for many years, died unexpectedly.

Nadine always told us that Jay would kiss her goodnight every night and now she has suffered the loss of her soulmate and the stability and comfort that his love brought to her. This has been a very difficult year for Nadine as she also lost her father and her grandfather earlier this year as well as her beloved furry companion of 18 years.

Nadine has always been a positive light for her friends and family, and she's the first to take time from her day to give us support and advice when we've needed it. Now, Nadine needs our help and support as she grieves this sudden and devastating loss. Nadine loves soccer and it’s actually what brought her and Jay together many years ago, so I’d love for the soccer community to share and donate. Every share and every dollar makes a difference and is so appreciated.

All the money raised will go to Nadine to give her the time and ability to grieve her loss without added financial pressure since she is currently trying to cover all their bills and is taking unpaid time off work while she gets back on her feet after this tragedy.
