Hi my name is Staci Peterson and I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast Cancer in Sept 2021. In May of 2023 it had spread to my brain and it had to be surgically removed. I have been on disability for 2 years so I was transferred from Medicaid to Medicare starting March 2024. Now I cannot afford my treatments I need every 3 weeks. My out of pocket cost is over $1600 per treatment and this does not include any of the other cost including MRIs and Pet Scans. I do not qualify for any government assistance to help with the cost of Medicare or my treatments. So here I am hoping I can raise enough money to keep my treatments up so the cancer does not claim my life. I have a beautiful 11 year old son, who is my motivation to keep going. I love him more than life itself and want to see him grow up and be here for him.
