My name is Bobbie and I’m Matthew’s aunt. We have created this go fund me to raise money for funeral services.

On the night of Saturday, May 13th Matthew was shot twice and rushed to the hospital by ambulance. There he was placed on life support until family was able to say goodbye. He passed away the morning of Sunday May 14th. Mothers Day. Detectives are still investigating the events that caused this tragic loss of life.

Matthew leaves behind two younger sisters (10 and 2years old) who absolutely adored him and his mother. Matthew’s mother is a single mom and finances were already stretched thin for their home. This unexpected loss is enough of an emotional burden in itself so we are trying help alleviate the remaining financial burden for my sister.

We are working with the funeral home to find modest accommodations and funeral proceedings for Matthew. Any help is greatly appreciated. No donation is too small. Thank you
