help a disabled senior citizen

I suffered a massive stroke in august 2011. I did survive by the grace of God. Now have been diagnosed with major clinical depressive disorder and became a recluse for 4.5 years. My medicaid won't pay for a power scooter and I would really like to get enough funds that will allow me to purchase an EW36 three wheeled scooter. This will assist me dramatically in getting out and about my hilly neighborhood.
