I am a hairstylist and have had my own business in my home for 19 years. I was told by my doctor today that both of my knees need to be replaced. I have been suffering with this problem for several years now receiving cortisone shots every three months. I am bone on bone now. My problem is that I am single and self-employed and I want to have both of them done at the same time so I don't have to  take any more time off than I have to.  I am single and self-employed with no means to support myself while I am going through therapy.  Thank you.
