Pujas With Altitude for Tiratanaloka Unlimited

Hi there, my name is Mahamani, and I live at Taraloka. On 3rd September, I'm going to be taking part in 'Pujas with Altitude' - I'm going to challenge myself to climb the second highest mountain in Wales and do three pujas en route with a group of others in the sangha. I started trying to get fit just a couple of years ago because of high blood pressure, and it really will be a challenge for me to climb a mountain of 1050m!

But I had a heart response to do this to raise money for Tiratanaloka, the women’s ordination training retreat centre. They have outgrown their premises (as so many women want to train for ordination!) and need to find somewhere new. They're calling the new project Tiratanaloka Unlimited. They are looking for a property that can house 70 retreatants and 12 team and become a new mythic realm for those in the ordination process. When I was training for ordination, Tiratanaloka was invaluable to me, and I couldn't have done it without their support, love and encouragement. So I want to support them so that everyone who has the aspiration to train for ordination can find space on retreats!
