Psychology Placement - Sri Lanka

I am honoured to be selected to travel to Sri Lanka on a psychology placement to support mental health. For my 2 months I will be living and working alongside the families and children with mental disabilities.
I will be volunteering in schools; designing my own therapy sessions and teaching core subjects such as Maths and English. One of my key roles will be to promote positive mental health as much as possible by boosting confidence, self-esteem and improving key life skills.
I am a first year psychology student at Royal Holloway University of London. This will not only be an opportunity for me to offer my care and support to the community but also for me to learn and develop as a person.
In order to make this happen I need to raise £2,200. Any donation big or small will make a difference.
