Providencia Fire Recovery Fund

This GoFundMe was started originally to support the business of Providencia Pond Retreat, to have its programs be more accessible to people, but now our community right here, needs your support.

On Feb 18th, at about 9:30am, a massive fire of an unknown cause spread quickly through two homes and four businesses at Providencia Pond. Within minutes, the flames were uncontrollable and spread from building to building. Firefighters worked diligently to contain the flames and prevent them from spreading to nearby buildings. They worked tirelessly through the night to ensure that the fire was truly out. The only building remaining on the property unscathed is Providencia Pond Retreat, which turned into a hub for the firemen, interviewers, and anyone else involved in the incident.

This fund will go to support the community at Providencia Pond get back on their feet and start again. This fund will be split evenly between the community of providencia.
