Provide Face Visors to Front Line Workers UK

Protect our NHS, Care Home and all Key Workers!
This campaign has been set up so that I am able to provide Care Homes, Pharmacies, Hospitals and other key workers with 3D printed Face Visors.
Having been recently made redundant and suddenly having a large amount of free time, I looked into ways I could Support the key workers operating 24/7 to protect us. This is when I realised that with my 3D Printer and over 5 years of printing knowledge and experience, I could print face visors and donate them to those that require them.
Unfortunately, my printing capacity is extremely limited with only 1 printer and without a job I am unable to purchase more equipment to scale up this production.
The funds that I am asking for are so that I can intially purchase the following:
4 x Printers at £399 each
10 x 2.3kg PLA Spools - £52.80 (each spool produces roughly 54 visors)
2 x Workbenches - £130.80
1 x Extension Cable - £15.50
500 x Plastic A4 sheets - £73.65
20m Buttonhole Elastic - £35.96 - Currently looking for a cheaper yet still reliable alternative
This would enable to initially print just over 500 visors for key workers with a capacity to print dozens per day based on the the intial filament I would purchase. I own one of the above printers and chose to purchase these as I am able to work with them very effectively and they have minimal setup time. I already have an urgent request for over 500 of these visors and am waiting on further confirmation for more orders.
These visors have been designed specifically in responce to the COVID-19 pandemic by a company called Prusa. They are able to be cleaned and have button hole elastic so they are a comfortable fit for extended use. There are other designs out there that are slightly quicker to produce however I want to make sure that they are comfortable for those individuals working such long hours. Any additional funds recieved over my requested target would be allocated to purchasing additional printers and filament so that I am able to further increase daily production and donate these face shields to the people working tirelessly to keep us safe.
I appreciate that many people will be going through a difficult time financially however any donations would be greatly appreciated. 1 face visor currently costs around £1.20 to make so even the smallest of donations really can make a difference. What your donation will provide:
£5 - 4 visors
£10 - 9 visors
£20 - 22 visors
£50 - 54 visors
£400+ would provide a new printer increasing the output per day
