Walk A Thon

In keeping with the 'stay active' mindset of Donlin Drive, we welcome another year of the WALK A THON! On Friday October 13th 2017 students will be participating in Donlin Drive Walk A Thon. They will walk 30 min during their special area time to complete as many laps as possible around the Walk A Thon course set up at school. The funds collected will be used to support the DDE PTO. This will provide field trip and many other special events and things through the school year for the students and the staff! THIS IS OUR BIG FUNDRAISER FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR! Our goal is to have 100% participation from all students at DDE. Every little bit helps.
PRIZES.
Walk A Thon Prizes are:
$25.00 ~ Walk A Thon string bag
$50.00 ~ Walk A Thon water bottle
$75.00 ~ Walk A Thon t-shirt
$100.00 ~ One entry into a grand prize drawing for a chance to win one of 3 prizes!
Each $25 increment over $100 gets an extra entry!
Grand prizes are:
● Nintendo Switch
● 32"Flat Screen Smart TV
● Chrome Book
Due to limited supplies, each participant is only eligible to receive one of each of the string bags, water bottles, and T-shirts if they raise the required amounts for those prizes, BUT they can get as many entries into the grand prize for every $25 over their initial $100 donation
Please note the child’s name and teacher on the comment part of the go fund me so we can credit your child for the prizes. If for some reason, you forget to add your child’s name and teacher, we will not be able to allocate the prizes to the correct students.
Parents with more than one child MUST keep their donations per child separate. You will NOT be allowed to combine donation amounts in order to get multiple items per child. For example, if child 1 obtains $25 in donations and child 2 obtains $50 in donations, child 1 will receive a string bag and child two will receive a string bag and water bottle.
