We can, and are, wanting to appeal our case to the 9th Circuit, but it will require a $505 filing fee to do so. There is an effort to undermine the U.S. Constitution and disenfranchise the people of the United States. The effort is to push states into a compact which would require the Electors of their states to vote for the winner of the national popular vote, potentially disregarding and disenfranchising the actual votes of the people in those states.
This is a bold violation of Article 1, Section 10 of the Constitution, and if enacted, a violation of the 14th Amendment as well. The funds raised here are to be used for the support of a federal lawsuit to challenge this infringement to the Constitution and our civil rights.
