Protect Baby Iah!

I was a surrogate for a couple. When baby Iah (formerly Isannah) was 5 weeks old, she was given back to me because the intended mother was divorcing her abusive husband. Baby Iah is genetically my daughter. She is not genetically related to either of the intended parents. My husband and I have been raising Baby Iah for the past 4 months as our own, but now the intended father is trying to adjudicate parentage and get joint custody of our daughter. This couple is violating, not only my daughter's, but my entire family's constitutional rights by invading our family. We have a very strong case, but need to secure a retainer for a local attorney so we can protect baby Iah. Please help and share where you can! Thank you! <3
