Power of Community: For the Tavistock-Kolb Family

A hallmark of the Berkwood Hedge School learning community has always been the way we pull together in times of need. We can always count on our community members to lend a hand when a student, family, or staff member needs help.

This week, one of our families has experienced a devastating loss. Amelia Tavistock, beloved mother of third-grader Ethan and alumnae Mira (Class of 2018) and Sophia (Class of 2020), partner to Courtney, and Berkwood Hedge School community member, passed away suddenly on October 6th due to complications from COVID-19.

We are asking our community to help raise funds to assist with any outstanding medical bills and final expenses for the Tavistock-Kolb family. Your contribution will help relieve a small part of this new, unexpected, and tragic burden and is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for your help.
