Pounding Pavement Breaking Stigma:500K Run for Mental Health

Hi there! Welcome to the Pounding Pavement, Breaking Stigma:500K Run for Mental Health. My name is Garrett Chance, and I'm lacing up my running shoes for a cause that's incredibly close to my heart: mental health awareness and support, specifically in partnership with CMHA BC. Join me on a transformative journey as I commit to running 500 kilometers this month in support of mental health awareness and CMHA BC. Every step I take represents a step towards breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and promoting greater understanding and support for those who struggle. By donating, you'll be contributing to vital programs and services offered by CMHA BC, helping to improve the lives of individuals and families affected by mental health challenges.

For too long, mental health has been shrouded in stigma and misunderstanding. Many individuals and families struggle silently, without the support and resources they desperately need. That's why I've decided to take action and make a difference.

As someone who has witnessed the impact of mental health challenges firsthand, I know just how crucial it is to break down barriers and foster a culture of understanding and acceptance. By raising funds for CMHA BC, I'm not only supporting essential programs and services but also sending a powerful message of solidarity and hope to those who may be struggling.

Your generous donations will directly contribute to initiatives such as crisis intervention, counseling services, education programs, and community outreach efforts. Together, we can make sure that no one has to face mental health challenges alone.

Thank you for joining me on this journey and for your support in creating a brighter, more compassionate future for all.
