Cancer surgery expenses and food service

Hello: my name is marisol maldonado.  From San Juan, Puerto Rico. In 2019 I was diagnosed with infiltrating breast cancer and I got a mastectomy. A few months ago I was getting terrible vertigo, nausea and vomiting. I lost 40 pounds in less than 4 months. I got a brain MRI because of the symptoms and my oncologist told me that I have a cerebellum lesion. This tumor regulates de brain function and my spinal cord. That's why the vertigo, nausea, vomiting, balance etc. Unfortunately I am unemployed. I need to sleep almost sitting because of the acid and vomiting. Sometimes I have to get out of vomit of go to the bathroom,because my stomach its very delicate right now. Its really bad my situation. I'm a mother of a 7 yo and being like this is really hard.  Getting out of bed its hard too because my leg muscles are weakening. My neck hurts for the lesion .
Since its hard for me to get out of bed because of the radiotherapy and pain, I have to get a meals ob wheels programs because I need a special diet, not only for my stomach issues, but also for my left arm lynphedema from when I had my mastectomy. I also in need to start saving money for my surgery. Since I only have a public medical insurance, I might have to pay medical expenses for the surgery.
I will really be grateful for any help i can get.I don't really know If I have to pay some surgery fees and I want to be ready. And this will also help me with a meals on wheels service.  Until I know when I will see a neurosurgeon and see if I have a chance to survived this.
