Hey my name is Sobi and I have Myalgic Enzophamyelitis and other chronic diseases.

I have been suffering from M.E., Post Covid Syndrome, hyperventilation syndrome, neurodermatitis, psoriasis, PTSD, Depression (and more) for several years.

I had a tumor on the pituitary gland that had to be operated on (August 2025)

I haven't been able to go to school, work and wasn't able to earn money for living, for over 4 years now. Which causes me a lot of financial worries. I am dependent on medication and other aids on a daily basis, some of which are very expensive. January 2025 I had to buy an electric wheelchair for over €1,700 because I can't use my manual wheelchair on worse days, during chronic pain and muscle weakness.

MY STORY:

It all started with a corona infection in February 2020. My symptoms and my general condition have continued to deteriorate over the years and since an EBV virus infection in November 2024 I have been worse than ever. My symptoms have worsened since then and new ones have been added, some of them are:

• Hypersensitivity to light and noise

• chronic muscle/joint/nerve-pain

• breathing problems

• Severe sleep problems

• Brain fog

• muscle weakness

• headache

• fever

• Temperature dysregulation

• Food intolerances

• Circulatory problems (severe dizziness, insecure on the feet, dizziness while lying down)

No treatment so far

Unfortunately, ME/CFS is extremely complex and affects the entire body.

The only option to treat the symptoms (not the whole illness) is specialized private doctors, whose treatments quickly run into thousands of euros.

Special medications, Capsules with natural substances, vitamins, medical examinations, lab work- all of this has to be paid for out of pocket. Health insurance abandons patients (like me) with Myalgic Enzophamyelitis and Post Covid Syndrome!!

In order to continue to cover medical costs, I am dependent on donations. It would be a great help for me if I were financially a little safer again and could afford important medical aids, medication and hospital stays through the donations. Every donation counts and can help me on my way to recovery.
