I would first thank God for giving me the strength and ability to serve. Also take this opportunity to say thank you to all our dear customers and loved ones for your continued support, and to each and everyone of you for your kind words and prayers through our trying times.

Right before Christmas we suffered a bad fire at the Yearling location. Luckily no one was hurt, and everyone made it home to their families safely. Unfortunately due to the fire, the restaurant will be closed temporarily. We love what we do, and we want to stay and serve our community. Honestly this couldn't have happened at a worst time. I was struggling to pay bill and make ends meet at home, while maintaining a business with little to no help. As a small business we face hurdles and struggles all the time but this one hurts, hurts our family, our community, and our dear customers that love our food. I NEED YOUR HELP. This place is how I feed my family and yours. The Shrimp Hut is a family owned and operated business that has been serving the community since in Columbus since 2015.
