Please help Suzanna get back on her feet

I am Suzanna Jones, I have ended up living in my van because, in early 2019 I smashed the top of my ankle very badly when a large heavy iron gate swung back in a gust of wind and smashed into my ankle, trapping it underneath.
I was a class 1 truck driver at the time, so that incident sadly put an end to it. The pain I suffered was immense and it didn't set properly. I couldn't walk without aid. All my savings were eaten up in the first year, as I was unable to work which inevitably forced me to claim Universal Credit...which is a joke!
I was getting just over £500 a month and I was supposed to pay my rent out of it, which was £450 a month, leaving me with less than £100 to live on. My phone and van cost more that per month, so I had to make the decision not to pay the rent, water, council tax or electric, in order to eat and stay mobile and in contact with the outside world. I was due an operation on my ankle in early 2020 but this covid fiasco made me wait until late November. The operation was a success and I can now walk ok without aid.
However, with not paying rent for almost a year, plus other debts spiralling out of control, I was obviously served with eviction papers and court orders. With having 11 hens, 3 quails, a dog and cat, the emergency housing couldn't accommodate me without me having to give up the hens. I am a country girl, so the thought of living in a town, housing estate or street filled me with dread. I would rather share my van with a few animals than a housing estate full of strangers.
They are rescue hens, so I wasn't having them go back into cages. They all have names and I love them all dearly as though they were my children. The hens have come such a long way since their days of horror, and are happy now.
So my only choice was to put my house contents into 2 x 20ft containers, costing £240 a month and live in my van. However, my van needs an MOT and I can't afford to get it fixed to get it passed. It's even worse now I am living in it, making it much more difficult. It needs about £1000 spending on it and I have no money to get it done.
I can't go to work without a vehicle, plus I need somewhere to permanently live to house my animals, which puts me in a catch 22 situation. I feel completely lost and in a deep hole with no way out.
My van isn't ideal as it is old and cold. It isn't equipped to live in really. I have just made the best of what I had.
I have sectioned it into 3 parts for me, the hens and the quails. The dog and cat live in my section which is tiny.
With the van being illegal, I can't go to my containers which are 15 miles away from where I am parked, to get any supplies like clean clothes or other items I need. My van is too small to fit everything I need so I am struggling.
I am on a spot of land which isn't a permanent place to park either. I feel ashamed to ask for help but so many people have told me to make a GoFundMe page that I guess I have nothing to lose.
It would mean so very much just to be able to get my vehicle mobile, as finding work would be so much easier and maybe locating a permanent place to park in order for me to get work so I can then get myself back on my feet and even get back into living in a house.
To make matters worse, I discovered a lump in my neck just over a month ago which doesn't seem to be going away. I saw a Doctor on Wednesday who has referred me to see a specialist asap. Oh my days, when will this nightmare end?
