Please help support my daughter Charlene with legal fees.

Hello, my name is Tim Bloodworth. I am writing this on behalf of my daughter Charlene (Bloodworth) Moore, who is a single mother of two amazing young girls. Charlene’s whole world revolves around her children and has been turned upside down through a battle no mother should have to endure. Charlene is currently facing the most challenging time of her life both emotionally and financially fighting to protect her youngest daughter. While the priority has always been “do what it takes” to protect her child, the reality of what it cost to do just that has become overwhelming. Thus far she has spent 10’s of thousands of dollars in attorney fees exhausting her finances including her 401K, credit cards, family contributions, and generous help from those closest to her. Charlene is up against a well-funded legal team who seems willing to do anything to discredit substantial findings that are detrimental to her daughter’s wellbeing while making false claims of “alienation” and “malicious intent”. Charlene is far from malicious. If you know her at all you know this to be true.

Although I cannot go into specifics due to ongoing litigation she is facing. This legal battle is to ensure that her youngest daughter remains in a loving and safe environment and she is determined to continue to battle for that. Unfortunately, determination and doing what is right does not pay the legal fees.

Charlene has become extremely humbled through this process and asking for help with anything has never been her strong trait; however, she is at the point she needs to ask for help and that is what I am attempting to do to help my daughter and granddaughter. Any monetary contribution no matter the amount will make a difference. All donations will go directly to cover legal expenses, including attorney fees, court findings, litigation costs, legal advice, and other services. If you cannot make a monetary donation, prayers and positive thoughts are greatly appreciated as well.
