Please Help Our Crippled Cat with Medical Bills!

Oh hey, I wasn't sure if I should make a GoFundMe for a cat....but here we are.

I will not tell you the long story of my summer. But those of you that know it, know a lot of good and bad things happened! Our cat Slide was stuck in our ceiling for probably 12 hours, and when we pulled him out, his paw was shattered. He sat all weekend unable to get into the emergency vet. Tuesday he had surgery, as he had broken every single "finger" in his paw! To my dismay, our options were: surgery, splint (which wouldn't heal right and leave him crippled) or putting him down (what?!). They didn't offer amputation because he is only 2.

Then I found out cat surgery is the most expensive thing I could have imagined! We have a new baby, I'm in school without a fulltime job, I received no FMLA, etc. etc. The bill is literally almost 6,000 dollars, which is INSANE, I know. Even 5 dollars would help!
