Please help me get my bike back was stolen

Hello my name is Stacey and I really don't like asking for help but I don't know what else to do I'm a single mom and someone stole my crotchrocket outta my driveway and ditched it and now it's an an impound tow yard and it accumulates daily and I really need help getting it out my insurance will not help me they say I only have collision on my bike
