Please Help Me Get a Van For Medical Appoitments

Hello.  My nephew Ricky needs help getting a van for his mom to be able to take him to his medical appointments. Ricky has Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) a severe type of muscular dystrophy that primarily affects boys. Muscle weakness usually begins around the age of four, and worsens quickly. Muscle loss typically occurs first in the thighs and pelvis followed by the arms. Their last van was 18 years old and had a huge fuel leak. They are not able to get him to his doctors appointments or even out to enjoy a nice day. Ricky has an Lvad and the van is a necessity to get him to and from hospital to maintain good quality of life. Thank you for anything you are able to give.
