Please help grandfather with monthly bills

Hi my name is Jeff. I am having a hard time finding employment. My bills are stacking up and my unemployment has been exhausted. In 2022 I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and copd.my wife and I got custody of our 11year old granddaughter after her mom was killed by a drunk driver on mothers day2022. I lost my job in November2022 when they moved all manufacturing to Costa Rica. Rent is coming due and so are all of my bills. I haven't ever asked for help this way before and I am humbled doing this now. I just need to keep a roof over our heads. Please help any way you can.
