These project is huge as we bring relief to Widows, orphans, weak seniors, Incarcerated muslims, displaced families, individuals with special needs, etc.
N.B: This is our 12th Ramadan Feeding Project and we carry out our outreaches in 32 states + the Federal Capital Territory in Nigeria

Ramadan 1447 A.H. is upon us and there's no better time than now to make sure that families and individuals who cannot afford a bowl of food for themself and their families at least have what to eat before the sun rises and when it sets.

For millions of Muslims around the world, the blessed month of Ramadan is a time of reflection, reverence, fasting, prayer, patience, and charity. For us at Feed the Vulnerable Families in Nigeria Foundation, Ramadan is the month that defines us. Honoring the traditions of the blessed month unfortunately turns into hardships for too many families in need in Nigeria.

Poverty is prominent among a lot of people. Some families find it difficult to eat their three square meals. This situation has affected the physical and mental well being of people as a good number of them are hanging on a tiny thread.
Every year, the Feed the Vulnerable Families in Nigeria Foundation (FTVF) through her volunteers distribute food parcels and daily cooked meals to widows, orphans, incarcerated muslims, individuals with special needs, families in internal displaced camps, families affected by insecurity, etc.

N.B: We currently have our volunteer in 32 states in Nigeria and every year we carry out this project in these states.
We are with this fundraiser soliciting your financial assistance to ensure our struggling brothers and sisters in Nigeria focus on their Ibaa'dah and worry less about where food is coming from during the blessed month of Ramadan.
Our target is to support 300,000 families in Ramadan 1447 A.H.

Our Routine For Distribution of Food Parcel:
We distribute food parcels to struggling families in three rounds, first rounds on the 29th of Sha'aban, second round on the 15th of Ramadan, and the final round which comes with a live chicken on the 29th/30th of Ramadan. We carry out this distribution in the states where we have our volunteers to these families. Our food parcels comprises of [Rice, Beans, Garri, Palm Oil, Semovita, Spaghetti, Yam Powder, Maggi, and also a token for them to be able to cook a stew of their choice]

Our second project is our daily cooked meal distribution, we have vendors who prepare sumptuous meals, our volunteers pick up and distribute to struggling families daily through out the month of Ramadan.
We all have the ability to be the reason struggling widows, orphans, displaced families, street dwellers, individuals with special needs, families affected by insecurity, and individuals in distress smiles during the blessed month of Ramadan.
Together, we can mobilize change and work together to end hunger in our community and across Nigeria.
