PLEASE HELP Andrea battle STAGE 4 BILE DUCT CANCER

Andrea, a 30-year-old mother of four (1.5-year old, 3-year-old, and 11-year old twin girls), faced an unexpected turn when she went from being a dedicated professional, preparing to deliver a keynote speech at a prestigious conference, to a hospital patient facing a cancer diagnosis.

In the months leading up to the conference, Andrea experienced a loss of appetite and a rapid decline in her health. After numerous tests and doctor visits, she was finally diagnosed with stage 4 bile duct cancer, which had spread inside and outside her liver. The journey to this diagnosis was filled with obstacles and complications, including multiple surgeries, pancreatitis, and an unfortunate missed opportunity to share her presentation at the conference.

The cancer is incurable, but Andrea's treatment plan involves combining chemotherapy and immunotherapy, which has a 70% success rate of shrinking the cancer. She's currently in the first cycle of eight, which consists of weekly treatments for two weeks, followed by a week off. If these initial cycles are effective, she will transition to immunotherapy once a month to manage the cancer long-term.
