As many of you already know retired MCP Sergeant Kendrick Stephens was teaching a class in Richmond VA had a medical episode which he fell to the floor directly on his head.  Ken suffered a broken skull and suffered significant bleeding in his brain.

He has been at VCU Medical Center since Friday, August 2nd where he has been in critical condition and remains unconscious.  Ken is fighting for his life and is on life support and has not woken up as of this post.   Ken has suffered severe brain trauma and his outcome is uncertain at this time as he is showing little brain function.

Many people reached out to ask how they can help.  His wife Kathleen Stephens who has been by his side since the tragic accident is going to need help with medical expenses, lodging, transportation and much more as times goes on.

Please keep Ken and his family in your thoughts and prayers.  Kendrick has touched so many people in his life and has spent his life taking care of others and helping people grow to their full potential.   Ken is a true warrior and we all want him to survive with a good quality of life
