I am asking for your help.  I have never asked anyone for help until now. Here is my story....I have been working in the middle east as a contractor and while their, i got sick and lost blood circulation in my small intestines vessel.  As a result i ended up having about 11 surgeries.  As a result of that almost all of my small intestines were taken out and I ended up with a stoma. That is not such a bad issue however I ended up with the worst kind of (small bowl syndrome) and daily I loose nutrition at a large and fast rate resulting in my body starving when I eat 90% of all the food nutrition is dumped out of my body. I am on daily IV of TPN and Lipids to try and keep my body balanced. However it is not working and i end up loosing weight and my stoma output is damaging my kidneys and am now in danger of kidney failure and the threat of dialysis is a daily worry. I have been surviving now for the past 2 years and it is getting worse.. i have spent the better part of 1.5 years in hospitals due to illnesses related to my issue. And now am in dire need of an organ transplant of my (small intestines). If I don't get this transplant I will surely die. As I have been told by my Doctors both in the middle east and now here in America. I am dieing of malnutrition and the sooner I can get the transplant the better chances I have. To be considered for an organ transplant I need to also have a 24 hour assistant that being my wife.. she was working also in the middle east and as a result of my sickness and the Covid Virus she lost her job. We have a daughter who is now living with my wife's family because I am to sick to take care of her and my wife not working. It was safer for our daughter to live with her grandparents for now. My wife who in not American born needs to get her visa ( medical emergency) visa. But inorder for this to happen i need to have a way of showing the state department i can financially take care of us. Which is why I am desperately asking for help. And this truly is the first time I have ever asked for this kind of help. I pray every day for a miracle and ask God to not help me but to look after my wife and daughter. My wife is diabetic and this Corona Virus goes after people who are diabetic among other issues, my hope is to also get someone who can help my wife get some work here in America. She was a supervisor at Bloomingdale's and knows fashion very well. It was because of the country lock down from the Corona Virus and my sickness that she lost her work. So I could also use someone's help with that as well. So please please I am asking and begging from all my heart ❤ for help. I doesn't matter how much you can help. Any amount will help and in turn when I am all better I will then return the favor and pay it forward. I want to do the correct thing. To many people out in the world are also sick and I wish I can help them all but I need to fix my sickness first or I will infact die. I want to see my daughter walk down her wedding isle when she gets old enough, and my wife is getting very depressed because of all that I have put her through.  She is my rock and my foundation and she has been by my side this whole time. Please open your heart to me and my family and as God as my witness I will pay this forward when it is all said and done.
