Please help our friend and her family after devastating fire

Hello, we are fundraising for a friend and her family who recently suffered the tragedy of a house fire.

Unfortunately the whole of the upstairs of the property was affected.

The fire broke out in her 5 year old son’s bedroom while he was sleeping. He has lost all of his clothes and toys, our friend has lost her clothes and belongings. They also live with her mum who is recovering from surgery due to cancer and is still undergoing treatment for this. As you can imagine it has been a truly harrowing time for this family.

Although they are grateful to have survived the blaze, the fire has destroyed their belongings and their home.

This home was also a place for our friend to work from as a free lance hairdresser so in turn her source of income has been effected from this horrible turn of events, adding pressure onto an already unbearable situation.

The professionals working to repair the property have estimated a 6-8 month restoration period.

Of course somethings are irreplaceable, however we can help to replace some of their belongings and substitute some of the income losses by coming together and donating to this Gofundme.

Our lovely friend didn’t want “a big fuss” so we have left names out for privacy reasons.
