Last Sunday night my brother Lou and his family experienced the unthinkable… their home caught on fire in Port Chester. This photo is what it looks like now. Thankfully, they were able to get out safely, but the damage inside is devastating. We all know that material things are replaceable but when you have to begin to rebuild it seems insurmountable. I’ve started this GoFundMe page because people have reached out from near and far and want to help and are asking what they can do. This fundraiser will at the very least help them as they try to buy what they will need like new beds, a new kitchen table, a couch, sheets, towels, clothes or every day necessities that we take for granted. I realize that the cost of living has increased and strapped many financially, so any amount that you can give will go a long way and be appreciated more than you know.
