I'm raising money in aid of Headway Essex Ltd.

This charity was a lifeline for my dad after he suffered from an unexpected brain injury back in 2010. My dad unfortunately passed away in October last year. So, I have decided to take part in the Dedham 10K run in September to support this incredible charity that meant so much to him.

As a charity, Headway Essex ensures that everyone in Essex living with an acquired brain injury can live a fulfilling life.
