Thank you for your interest in Playmakers Elite and the development of our Sports Academy. Our mission is to help motivate and educate all youth through the avenue of athletics while providing a safe and encouraging environment. We are developing a "Life Skills Training Facility" which will provide many services for our youth, including encouraging success in the classroom, athletic sport, as well as their overall life success. Playmakers Elite Sports Academy will have many resources such as an athletic performance training facility with equipment and a program designed to develop and maximize each athlete's full potential. In our training facility we will have a computer lab with internet access and printers, a tutoring/study hall room, mental skills development program and coach, massage therapists, basketball/volleyball court and trainers, turf field for multiple sports training with the ability to be converted to batting cages, and meal planning and prep. Playmakers Elite, is a 501(c)3 not for profit organization, tax ID #47-5685541. We are raising money for facility development and completion, program development, and hiring needed staff. We are requesting donors to contribute time, materials, equipment, monetary or in-kind donations to help support our program and our mission, which is to "Bridge the Gap with No Excuses”. Our goal is to "Bridge the Gap" between real life expectations and what is provided from K-12 education. We will have educational classes helping young people learn how to do the following; be positive and engaged citizens, learn job selection and interviewing skills, money management, SAT/ACT prep, grants/financial aid education, clearinghouse education. All of this will be augmented by bringing in the top motivational speakers and educators from around the country to educate, encourage, and empower our youth. Please help and join us in the education and development in our local youth by contributing materials, equipment and/or monetary donations. Your contribution will be a charitable contribution to an IRS recognized charitable organization in which your donation is 100% tax deductible and you will receive a receipt if you choose.
