SEEDS Homeless Youth Outreach Program

With the combined efforts of our local and regional communities, SEEDS is helping homeless and street youth access the resources and services they need to move off of the streets and to move on with their lives.

SEEDS Outreach Services
All funds collected for this program will be used to provide supplies directly to kids living on the streets in Santa Clara, Santa Cruz and San Mateo counties. In addition to delivering LifePacks , the street outreach team also prepares and distributes food and hygiene kits, as well as cold weather supplies and gear.

Combined with the efforts of various daytime Outreach Center partners, the SEEDS street outreach team provides direct and immediate care to kids living on the streets, as well as provides access to resources and services which support them in obtaining job skills/employment and long-term, stable housing.
