There is an RV park coming to our subdivision which will negatively impact our property values and violates our deed restrictions that are recorded with Brazoria County.
I am raising this money to hire legal council to enforce the deed restrictions for all new construction in the plantation oaks subdivision. These funds will only be used for undeveloped properties that have no permanent residency. Let me be clear, these funds will not be used to fight existing homes that have permanent residency.
I intend on keeping a ledger that identifies all expenses associated with this account and willing to share with those who request. Please note that I will be acting in what I consider to be the best interest of the neighborhood but do not intend on obtaining approval from anyone. I make no guaranties on the outcome and I'm willing to fight this battle as long as the funds are available to do so.
On a personal note, I've been a resident of this neighborhood since 1998 and would hate to see an investor come into my backyard and destroy the reason that I moved here so many year ago. Please help me fight this battle. If we let this one go, it will open the door for every open property in this neighborhood.
