Rosa Koire, Post Sustainability Institute, and Michael Shaw, Freedom Advocates, nationally known property rights advocates and anti-Agenda 21 activists, have launched a legal action against PLAN BAY AREA.
Plan Bay Area is the 27 year regional plan about to be adopted in the San Francisco Bay Area--covering all 9 counties and 101 cities. This land use plan is a violation of your constitutional rights and a shocking over-reach of the experiment in regional governance.
IF YOU DO NOTHING:
Starting in July 2013, rural county land will be prohibited from building anything except agricultural structures. No homes.
Starting in July 2013, 7 MILLION PEOPLE will be subject to restrictions on where and how they live and travel in the SF Bay Area.
Starting in July 2013, 80% of residential development and 66% of all commercial development FOR THE NEXT 27 YEARS will be restricted to very limited locations in just a few cities in the Bay Area.
PLAN BAY AREA will devastate the Bay Area for more than a generation.
PLAN BAY AREA is a template for the rest of the nation.

What your donation will do: On July 18, 2013 this plan will be adopted by the Metropolitan Transportation Commission and Association of Bay Area Governments. From that date we will have 60 days to file a lawsuit. We have already paid a law firm to write objections to the Plan so that we can enter these objections when filing the lawsuit. Your funds will pay for legal fees incurred in filing and funding the suit.
