Polachek Family

Donation protected
Wyatt Michael Polachek was a 7th grade student at Seneca East Schools. He was at a party on Saturday November 30, 2019  with his family and friends in Bucyrus for the OSU vs Michigan game. He had an allergic reaction to something he ate and collapsed. CPR was started immediately and the squad was there within 5 minutes. He was transported to Bucyrus Hospital where they called LifeFlight. It took them over an hour to get him stable enough for the flight. He was then lifeflighted to Akron Children's Hospital and was put in the PICU. He was sedated and not breathing on his own. He also had some swelling on the brain. This boy fought a good fight while there. On Tuesday December 3, 2019 Wyatt Michael Polachek passed from this earth to join God in Heaven. God needed him more. He was such a loving and giving child and even in death he was by being an organ donor. He was so loved and will be missed so much. We are trying to raise money for his family to help them with any unexpected expenses they may have. If you are not financially able to donate, please just pray for this loving family. They need all the prayers they can get. Thank you so much. We will always love you and will miss you forever. #flyhighwyatt
