Pitsmoor to Calais 18-22 November

Fran and Stuart are driving to Calais to take donated provisions to a distribution centre that supplies the refugee camp. We now aim to travel 18-22 November and stay to volunteer for a few days with refugee organisations on the ground.
We are sponsored by our union Unite Community South Yorkshire who are contributing to our travel costs, and now raising contributions towards petrol and additional supplies. Anything we raise over and above travel costs will be used to fund priority items needed in the camp.
We are also collecting donations of supplies to take in the van, see the list under "What else can I donate" at http://www.calaid.co.uk/ for the items that are most needed and contact us if you have something to donate.
