Pinnacles Youth Park

The Pinnacles Youth Park is needing our help!!! They need a new roof for the shelter, gravel for their lot and help with just the general maintenance of this amazingly beautiful space! I'm sure covid has put a damper on any fundraising they would normally do, so we are trying to get the word out there and help raise some money! The Pinnacles Youth Park is located about 12 miles north of Columbia, MO off Hwy. 63. It has 70 acres of natural, open space for public day use. Youth groups (Scouts, church groups, 4-H, etc) can camp overnight.

The park was deeded to the youth of Boone County in 1965 and has been maintained for over 50 years by the Boone County Pinnacles Youth Foundation using only donations and volunteer labor. Though it is open to the public and has been enjoyed by generations, it is a private park and receives no government funds. Any amount will help make a difference and is much appreciated! We will be having a day soon at the restaurant where 20% of our proceeds will go directly to the foundation to help them out even more... stay tuned for details.
