I am the father of a wonderful caring daughter Annamarie Fruggiero who is in dire need of assistance. I do not have the where with all to provide the monetary assistance she needs.
She has a degenerative bone disease which has progressed over the past 16+yrs so that she is no longer able to sit or stand for any length of time.
She has had several spinal surgeries to correct some of the effects but this has lead to other problems with her spine.
Her last surgery was in July of 2019 and she has been unable to work since that time.
She has applied for SSI and SSD to which she has been denied benefits.
Her only recourse at this point is to hire an attorney in hopes of getting the SS benefits.
All her medical records for the surgeries resulting and continuing problems have been submitted by her surgeon pain management Drs. and her physical therapist. All to no avail.
She has depleted her savings paying for all this after losing her health benefits because she was unable to pay for them.
For the past 15 months she has had no income at all other than what I and friends and family have been able to provide. Unfortunately we are unable to provide what is needed.
This money $4,000 will retain an attorney specializing in getting the SS benefits she needs.
I have no words to express my gratitude for any and all help you are able to provide.
