Peru Volunteering Program

In the New Year I have decided to take a break from my career to fulfill a longtime goal of travelling to Peru. However travelling for the sake of experience is not my sole goal.

I have decided to take with me the experience I have gained working as a pediatric Physical Therapist and will be volunteering with Children with special needs in Cusco, Peru. I will be spending a month working with children and their families with various disabilities, helping with their day to day needs.

I am mostly funding the trip myself as I will also be enjoying the sites Cusco has to offer in my free time however the costs of the program and training are adding up. My target goal to fundraise covers the cost of the volunteering program and vaccines I will need to protect myself while working in this environment.
