Period Pop-Up Edmonton

Period Pop-Up Edmonton is a donation-based menstrual hygiene product pantry that runs on a take what you need, leave what you can model.

Period poverty impacts a quarter of all menstruators and a third of menstruators under 25 in Canada. Our goal is to help alleviate the experiences of period poverty for menstruators in Edmonton by providing easy access to menstrual products. To make sure the pantry is stocked and help grow our network of period pantries in the city, we accept monetary donations through GoFundMe. We also welcome anyone to drop off unused period products at the pantry (located at Remedy Cafe on 109 Street).

Period Pop-Ups is an initiative that started in Ontario in January 2021 and has grown since then. Period Pop-Up Edmonton runs in partnership with All Cycles Edmonton and the YWCA Edmonton and is the first in Alberta. We are so excited to be starting this project in Edmonton!
