Ms. Penny Lost Everything in the Fire Fund

My mother, Penny (Hiebert) Nash barely escaped with her life in the fires which consumed the Santiam Canyon. We are so thankful to her neighbor who came to wake her up. Without that notification this would have been a very, very different story. Mom's shared riverside home was burned to the ground. Her possessions turned to ash.

Friends and family have been reaching out about how they can help her in this devastating time. She did truly lose everything and will now have to relocate and replace all her possessions.

Penny has always been a great asset to her community and has always helped where she was needed. Unfortunately insurance will not pay out a fraction of what she had.

As you know she is a very talented fused-glass artist. She lost her kiln and all her art supplies. Her beloved quad was also a total loss as you can see.
