Lawyer fees

We recently found out that Jackson’s mother is planning on moving to Georgia on the 20th of this month. Without discussing or asking if it’s ok with his father. We have had a consultation with a lawyer and is willing to take on the case. Unfortunately all our funds are on hold because we are in the process of buying a house. We need to file ASAP. Any help would be appreciated. Anyone that knows my husband knows what a amazing father he is.
